It can get really cold in Idyllwild and soup is on
many a local's mind come chow time. Soup is made
by combining foodstuffs such as meat, grains and
vegetables with stock, juice or water. The

German creamy potato Dill, homemade vegetable, russian borscht and a daily special round out the selection of soups at this newly opened restaurant (July 2010). A cup is $3.95 and a bowl is $5.95.
On the lunch or dinner menu you can order Soup du jour ($4.95 /$ 8.95) which would be a favorite, like cream of portabello mushroom. At the same price you can get everyday the french onion or the baked french onion soup.
Owner Anna is renowned for her daily fresh made soups. Please refer to her daily specials board outside her restaurant for that day's soups and stews. House specialties include Russian Borscht, Potato-Dill Pickle, Hunter's Stew, Thai Coconut and Curry Lentil. Chilled raw soups are served in the summertime, including Mango Mint and Avocado soups. Vegetarian and vegan selections are always available.
