Saturday, August 23 was a very special day in our hometown of Idyllwild, California. The Idyllwild Jazz In Pines Concert took place at Idyllwild Arts Academy and we were quite honored to be hosting the LIVE Internet coverage of this magical event. Almost with exception, every resident of Idyllwild contributed in some way to help make this event possible. We at Green Cafe capture some of this spirit digitally by using live audio and video technologies, simple commentary, and virtual reality imaging. We are now delighted to bring some of this magic back to the Internet. Many of the musical acts that performed at the Jazz Festival were recorded on Digital Audio Tape (DAT). We have selected a few to post here with more on the way. For the more than 30,000 people who tuned into the Green Cafe for the live show, we thank you.
